“Today I would like to tell you about the waterfront district, which is the most famous part of my city. I suppose I could begin by telling you about the general area surrounding the area. In my city, there are four major districts: uptown, downtown, the historic area, and the waterfront. The waterfront area is obviously situated next to the river but importantly it's across from the downtown area. Now the downtown area is the main business hub which hosts the major skyscrapers. To elaborate more I’ll move on to my next point which is what people typically do when visiting the waterfront area. This part of the city is very tranquil and is far from hustle and bustle of downtown. It's a very hipster area, with lots of boutique stores and restaurants, and hosts a view of the city that is second to none. Most people just walk around and enjoy the peace and quiet. And now I'll address how often I visit this place. I go there quite often actually because I live very close. Most days I go there to just to grab a quick bite to eat but occasionally I take dates there. And to finish up and be brief, I'll tell you a little about why it's the best part of the city. The other areas of the city, while are decent, do not have the style and charm of the waterfront. This is especially true at night with everyone eating and drinking, they really go the extra mile to make this place spectacular. Thanks, that’s all I have to say.”
