When taking the speaking exam it is important to speak enough so the examiner can grade all areas of speech. Candidates need to use plenty of examples when they speak. This allows them to talk about something easy, because they are able to talk about their personal life.

“Yea, actually one of my favorite leisure activities is to go to the mall with my friends. Although most of the time it's just to window shop and browse the various designer stores. They have nice things, but they are extremely overpriced.”

“I don't remember the last time I went shopping for fun. I only go to the mall or other shopping area when it's absolutely necessary. I get into deep water with my girlfriend sometimes because I'm really bad at buying her things.”
